Approximately 150
young volunteers met with Crystal Cove State Park
Rangers to plant more than 150 indigenous plants
along the barren coastline. Students learned about
restoring habitats and the animals that live there.
Team Kids' Green Team youth participants, along with parents, teachers, and volunteers, spent three hours cleaning trash from Crystal Cove Beach, learning how to appreciate and enjoy the tide pools, and enjoyed a generously donated lunch.
