The Team Kids Youth Council (TKYC) is made up of outstanding Orange County high school volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to helping others. The TKYC have committed thousands of hours to service and leadership as advocates in the areas of homelessness, hunger, tolerance, health, safety, and the environment. Working alongside police, firefighters, and city leaders, these students have helped create the Team Kids Challenge, a month-long school-based service learning program which has inspired more than 25,000 elementary students to work collaboratively to help others.
Currently, the Team Kids Youth Council participates in monthly service-related activities to support the Team Kids organization and other local charities such as The Ronald McDonald House, LaundryLove, Corazon, Human Options and more.
