Team Kids is simple, it’s about TEAMS and KIDS!
Each 5-week school-based Team Kids Challenge Program is completely youth driven. From selecting weekly donation drives to creating and running a mini carnival business to voting on which local charity will receive carnival proceeds raised by the school, KIDS decide.
As for the TEAM part of Team Kids, 10 teams make up any given program:
1. The Entire School
2. Team Kids Staff
3. Police Department
4. Fire Department
6. Parent Volunteers
7. Leadership Team
8. Mini Carnival Business Teams
9. Beneficiary Charity
10. Local Investors & Donors
BUT there is some serious collaboration between these 10 teams to make the TK magic happen…so really there’s more like 3,628,800 possible combinations of teams!
